We hold to seven core values to guide us in
carrying out
our mission:
Servanthood -
Being a servant is the only way we can accomplish our
mission.There is great joy in serving others, and we want to
share that joy with our employees by teaching them how to serve
our clients through their attitudes and actions. We always ask
ourselves, “How can we best meet the needs of our clients
and employees within the framework of the company?”
It’s not about us it’s about
you, the client.
Teaching -
We will always teach; teach our new employees how to become
servants and our existing employees how to improve their
service. Likewise, our employees should teach one another in
ways that improve our service. Teaching requires standards, and
we insist on having absolutes that contribute to the betterment
of the whole company.
Communication -
Communication prevents misunderstanding and mistrust. We are
always open to discussing problems or suggestions with our
clients and employees. Our employees are encouraged to
communicate with one another in order to be more efficient and
to facilitate a pleasant working environment.
Responsiveness -
When a need or problem is identified, we will make every effort
to meet it with an appropriate response. Our employees are
trained and encouraged to resolve issues as quickly as
possible.
Wisdom - We
apply previous experience to current situations in order to
make wise decisions regarding our practices, employees, and
clients. We encourage our employees to take these things into
consideration when making decisions.
Priorities -
Our priorities are based on the needs of our clients and
employees as set forth in the mission statement. We evaluate
our practices regularly to make sure they are facilitating our
goal of training and equipping our employees to serve our
clients. Anything that does not help us do that will be
eliminated.
Preparation- We
don’t want to get caught by surprise; we want to be ready
for any circumstance that comes our way. We are prepared
to ensure growth for the company, face any obstacle, and
resolve any conflict. Our employees are encouraged to
help prepare their successors through mentoring.
